Where do guests collect their wristbrands?

If you have purchased your ticket online through the Santa’s Christmas Carnival website please bring a copy of your ticket on either your phone or paper to the entrance gates.

What do I do if I would like to buy bulk tickets on behalf of an organisation or group?

What happens if I lose my Ticket or haven’t received it?

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for other goods or cash. Please make your selection carefully before proceeding.

What if I am unable to print my ticket?

We do prefer patrons to bring a printed copy of your ticket for faster entry. If for some reason you are unable to print your ticket then we will be able to scan your ticket barcode through your smart phone screen but please do have this ready at the gate.

Will the event still happen if it’s raining?

Yes, we will host the event rain, hail or shine. Most likely shine!

On the day

What time do the gates open?

Claremont Showground can be accessed from 10.15am, however you will only be able to gain access to the rides and activities from 11am.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

We recommend pre purchasing your tickets online as they are cheaper! Tickets are available from the main gates on the day.

Do I need to bring money?

Once you are inside all rides and entertainment are included, however there will also be a few side show games, food and drink as well as show bags and market stalls at an additional cost if you choose to purchase or participate.

Is there an ATM on site?

An ATM will be on site next to the information booth. Many of the food outlets and box office have EFTPOS facilities available also.

Are there restrictions on any of the rides?

Yes, there may be some restrictions – either by height or recommended age. Those that are height restricted will be indicated prior to getting onto the ride. Parents, if you would like to jump on a ride with your children then you are more than welcome where available.

Can I bring a pram?

Yes! We have plenty of space for your family to roam around in that prams are not a problem.

What about Parking?

There is plenty of parking at the Showground through Gate 5 on Graylands Rd or Gate 8 on Ashton Ave. Please note that parking is charged at $5 per car by the Claremont Showground.

What about public transport?

The Fremantle/ Perth train line will be stopping at the showground station, Train’s will commence stopping at the showground from 10am until 5:45pm.

Will there be lines for the rides?

We have capped the amount of tickets sold to avoid over crowding so that you can make the most of your time at the event. We anticipate the wait time for most rides to be minimal and no longer than two ride cycles at the most. Extra rides, staffing and queue system will be provided to help with any issues.

Will there be food and drink available to purchase?

This year we have chosen a new variety of food and beverage stall’s to cater for most people’s taste from Burgers, Crepe’s, Chips, Donuts, Wraps, Ice Cream, Fairy Floss, Coffee and more!

Can I bring my own Food & Drink?

Yes, However Alcohol is not permitted. Bottles of water must be in a sealed bottle with the lid on.

What can we bring into the grounds?

The RAS will allow you to bring picnics, however no glass or alcohol is permitted within the grounds. You are welcome to bring small shades, chairs and umbrellas. Please ensure you bring a hat, sunscreen, towel and bathers to enjoy the water park.

Are their family rooms available?

Yes, the Claremont Showground has baby change tables and breastfeeding rooms available for your use. Please check the map for amenities.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Yes we do. The companion card must be presented by the companion at the gate along with the paying patron they are accompanying.

Can my child go on his/her own to the event?

All children under the age of 10years need to be accompanied by a paying adult however 1 adult may accompany up to 4 children. Some activities may require parental supervision.

Over 100 activities for all ages!

Tickets INCLUDE Unlimited Access to all the Rides, Activities and entertainment. Kids under 3 are FREE.
